Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Package orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label packages with correct shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management.
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking and packing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to perform occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
