Join our dynamic logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Kansas City, Missouri! We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to contribute to our fast-paced warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our distribution center. Your primary duties will include picking and packing orders accurately, preparing shipments for delivery, receiving and stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees, so adherence to all safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack orders with care and attention to detail to ensure product safety during transit.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory in designated locations.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA and company safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent standing, walking, and bending.
- Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
