We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our facility in Orlando, Florida. This versatile role involves a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse and Logistics network. Responsibilities include receiving incoming inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and assisting with shipping preparation. You will work collaboratively with the team to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are crucial for success. We prioritize the health and well-being of our employees, providing comprehensive PPE and enforcing strict Safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack items accurately for customer orders.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and use required PPE .
- Identify and report any damaged goods or operational issues.
- Support the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workplace Safety .
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE .
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
