Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
  • Process orders in a timely manner to meet shipping deadlines.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Operate various types of warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform tasks involving regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize logistics workflow.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Familiarity with warehouse safety standards is essential. Basic understanding of logistics and inventory systems is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
