Join our vibrant logistics team as an Order Picker in the heart of San Francisco, California! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a strong sense of responsibility to accurately and efficiently gather items for customer orders. This role is central to our fulfillment process, ensuring that our clients receive their products quickly and correctly. You will navigate our warehouse using order lists and scanning equipment, locating and retrieving specified products. Your accuracy and speed directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify product identification and quantities before packing.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform tasks that involve regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Understand and contribute to efficient logistics workflows.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous. Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively with team members. Understanding of basic logistics operations is helpful. Must be able to work effectively and safely, adhering to all company safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE. Willingness to perform tasks requiring regular lifting.
