Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in San Antonio, Texas! We are searching for reliable and hardworking individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a diverse range of products and ensuring that inventory is accurately managed and orders are processed correctly. Your efforts will directly support our logistics operations and ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and data entry.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and stock checks.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Handle tasks involving substantial lifting and manual labor.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures is essential. Familiarity with logistics and inventory management systems is a plus. Must be committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
