Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order fulfillment lists.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring items are protected during shipping.
- Verify order accuracy against items picked and packed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Follow all company safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Meet productivity targets for order fulfillment.
- Report any stock discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Support overall logistics and shipping processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety, including PPE usage.
