We are looking for enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our team in Boise, Idaho! As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This includes picking products from inventory, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Your dedication to detail and speed will be essential in meeting our service level agreements and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will work within a team-oriented environment, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Follow all company policies, including those for PPE and safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
