We are looking for a diligent and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team in Provo, Utah. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all outgoing shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Your duties will include preparing shipping labels, verifying shipment contents against orders, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining shipping records. You will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our logistics department, ensuring that products reach our customers without delay or error. Key responsibilities involve using shipping software, tracking packages, and communicating with internal teams and external partners. A keen attention to detail is crucial for this position, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We emphasize a strong safety culture, and all employees are required to follow safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While this role primarily involves administrative tasks, occasional lifting of packages up to 30 lbs may be necessary.
