White Contracting Inc. was established in 1977 and is a leading provider of ground-up and remodeling electrical services for global brands across the southeast. We specialize in fast-food and fast-casual restaurants, but also provide other commercial and light industrial electrical services. Currently, we work in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee.
We are currently seeking commercial electrical leads. The ideal candidate is passionate about electrical trade and eager to advance in the field. Must have a strong work ethic and be able to undertake a variety of tasks in leading a team effort to establish and maintain electrical infrastructure. This is a long-term position with growth and advancement opportunities.
\*Potential candidates with multiple years electrical experience, but no Lead experience, may be considered for our Lead in Training program.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years Electrical lead experience
-Valid Drivers License
-Willingness to travel
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work well with others
- OSHA 10 Certification
-Ability to read Civil and Commercial MEP drawings
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians in completing electrical projects
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical installations and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with construction management team to develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate materials needed for each phase of the project with the Inventory Management team
- Utilize construction management software to track progress and manage resources
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician in a leadership role
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
