Exciting opportunity for a Picker/Packer to join our busy warehouse in Detroit, Michigan! As a Picker/Packer, you will play a critical role in our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are assembled accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
  • Verify picked items against order forms or scanner data for accuracy.
  • Pack items securely and appropriately for shipment, using various packing materials.
  • Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and affixing shipping documents.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Comply with all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in picking and packing or a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
  • Capacity for Lifting up to 35 lbs consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail to minimize errors.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics flow.
  • Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
