We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate to join our energetic team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is fundamental to our e-commerce operations, focusing on accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. This position involves working with a variety of products and requires a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using provided equipment and systems.
- Verify order accuracy and item quality before packing.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all warehouse protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations by completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Follow all guidelines for the proper use of required PPE.
- Must be able to handle frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce role is a plus.
- Ability to work with scanning equipment and basic computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency.
