We are hiring Picker/Packers for our Charlotte, North Carolina distribution center! If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You will be responsible for accurately selecting items and preparing them for shipment, playing a key part in our logistics chain.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order forms and RF scanner data.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate boxes and ensure they are well-protected for transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Stage completed orders for pick-up by shipping carriers.
- Assist in receiving and putting away new inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear the required PPE.
- Perform tasks that involve consistent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily picking and packing goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a picker, packer, or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting, standing, and walking.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic logistics procedures is a plus.
