You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification may be required for some roles).
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE consistently and correctly.
- Tasks will involve regular Lifting of items, up to 55 lbs.
- Support efficient Logistics operations through diligent work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work diligently.
- Familiarity with Logistics procedures is advantageous.
