We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our Dallas, Texas team. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a wide range of tasks such as receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks. You will be a key player in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods through our facility. A commitment to safety, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential qualities for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment according to company standards.
- Load and unload delivery trucks in a timely and safe manner.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all logistics procedures.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE, to ensure a secure workplace.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required. Ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices. This is an excellent entry-level position to start your career in the logistics field.
