Our Distribution Center in Huntsville, Alabama, is looking for an energetic Distribution Center Associate. This role is fundamental to ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including order fulfillment, loading and unloading trucks, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and orderly workspace. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to upholding high standards of quality and Safety are essential. We require all associates to wear appropriate PPE at all times and to be mindful of their surroundings to prevent accidents. This role involves frequent Lifting , carrying, and moving of products, so physical stamina is a key requirement. You will be working within a complex logistics network, so attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely are critical for success. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on pick lists or system data.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Follow all Safety procedures and utilize required PPE .
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
