Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Fort Worth, Texas, and become a vital part of our distribution and logistics operations. We are looking for motivated individuals to assist with various warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and preparing goods for shipment. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately.
- Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Load trucks for outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment as needed.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for the duration of your shift. Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities. You will be instructed on our safety procedures and the importance of using all required PPE. Working Conditions:
This position is based in a warehouse environment requiring physical exertion. It includes frequent lifting, standing, and moving throughout the facility. All employees are required to wear and properly use PPE provided by the company. Adherence to all safety regulations is mandatory.
