Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety regulations.
- Wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Support overall logistics and operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety and willingness to follow all Safety guidelines.
- Must be able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
