Join our growing logistics team in Raleigh, North Carolina as an Order Picker! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick items for customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include reading pick lists, locating products within our warehouse, and preparing them for the packing station. Accuracy is key to ensure our customers receive the correct items. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift, walking extensive distances within the warehouse and performing frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs. You will be trained on our warehouse management system and proper lifting techniques. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is paramount to your success and the safety of your colleagues. - Read and interpret order pick tickets.
- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse shelves.
- Ensure picked items are accurate and in good condition.
- Stage picked items for the packing process.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Good attention to detail. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus. Must be committed to following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
