Our growing Logistics operation in Boise, Idaho, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator. You will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory levels, coordinating the flow of goods, managing shipping and receiving activities, and optimizing warehouse layout. You will also be responsible for training and supervising warehouse staff, enforcing Safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude is essential. You must be comfortable with Lifting of up to 40 lbs and wearing required PPE . A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or coordination is preferred. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will be key to success in this role.
