We are seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will be integral to our logistics operations, responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Accuracy and efficiency are paramount, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. We are committed to fostering a safe working environment, and all associates must strictly follow safety protocols and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires individuals who are comfortable with physical tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. The ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous, but we are eager to train individuals passionate about contributing to our success. Your dedication will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Process shipments through the shipping system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Perform tasks involving Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical demands, including Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and reliable.
