Join our fast-paced logistics facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Picker/Packer! We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our warehousing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our inventory and preparing them for shipment. Your day-to-day tasks will involve using a handheld scanner to locate products, verifying item details, and then carefully packing orders to ensure they reach our customers safely. Precision and speed are essential for success in this role. You'll be on your feet for extended periods, engaging in activities such as walking, standing, bending, and reaching. Regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs is a requirement of the job. We maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety, and all employees are expected to follow strict safety protocols and utilize the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Accurately pick products using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Verify product information and quantities.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Ensure the quality of packed goods before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Assist with inventory checks as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff.
- Must be capable of repetitive lifting.
