Our state-of-the-art distribution center in San Francisco, California, is looking for a dynamic Distribution Center Associate to join our team. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods through our facility. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities may vary depending on the operational needs, offering a diverse and engaging work experience. We value precision and speed, so a strong attention to detail is essential. You will utilize advanced warehouse management systems and scanning technology to track inventory accurately. This is a physically demanding role requiring constant movement, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is necessary. Safety is paramount; adherence to all safety procedures and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. Experience with forklifts or other heavy machinery is a significant advantage. Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently (if certified).
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems for inventory control.
  • Ensure accuracy in all tasks, from order fulfillment to inventory counts.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Meet performance targets for productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Participate in inventory management activities.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Must be able to handle frequent lifting.
