Are you a proven leader with experience in warehouse management? We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at our Denver, Colorado distribution center. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient workflow, and upholding the highest standards of safety and productivity. This leadership role is crucial to our logistics success.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Monitor productivity levels and implement measures to improve efficiency.
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular audits.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Schedule staff and manage labor resources effectively.
- Address employee concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and experience enforcing them.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
