Job Summary:
Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate at our Columbus, Ohio facility. This role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, directly impacting our ability to deliver products to customers quickly and accurately. You will be involved in a variety of tasks essential for order processing, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments. We value efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to Safety . The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Accurately picking items for customer orders using various methods (e.g., RF scanner, pick sheets).
Packing orders efficiently, ensuring products are protected during transit.
Verifying order accuracy before shipment to minimize errors.
Assisting with receiving and stocking of new inventory.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborating with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Following all company guidelines, particularly regarding PPE usage.

This position requires regular Lifting of packages, up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a fulfillment center or similar warehouse setting is a plus. We provide comprehensive training on all equipment and processes, focusing on best practices in Logistics and warehouse management.
