Our St. Louis, Missouri facility is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to support our daily operations. In this role, you will be essential to ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse. You'll handle a variety of tasks including organizing stock, preparing orders, and assisting with shipping and receiving. - Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Sort and organize incoming inventory.
- Retrieve items from shelves and prepare them for outgoing shipments.
- Pack items securely for transit, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through system scanning.
- Keep the warehouse clean and orderly, following all safety guidelines.
- Utilize appropriate PPE for all tasks.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Assist with general warehouse upkeep and other duties as assigned.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Experience with warehouse equipment is beneficial but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work schedule.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and frequent lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help colleagues.
- Good communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving within the logistics framework.
