Join our dynamic team in Tampa, Florida as a Warehouse Associate. We are seeking individuals committed to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks critical to our logistics operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your accuracy and speed are essential for meeting customer demands and maintaining our high standards. You will work closely with other team members to achieve daily goals and ensure product integrity throughout the handling process. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, and all associates must strictly follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with general logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to upholding high safety standards.
