Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fulfillment Associate at our bustling fulfillment center in Washington, D.C. If you are a detail-oriented and energetic individual, this role is perfect for you. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in processing and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your duties will include picking, packing, and ensuring the accuracy of outgoing goods. A critical component of this role is upholding our stringent Safety standards and contributing to an organized and efficient work environment. Success in this position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a dynamic logistics setting, and proficiency in manual tasks, including regular Lifting. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory according to customer orders.
  • Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
  • Verify order details to prevent errors.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and shipping areas.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
  • Follow all Safety protocols and procedures diligently, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals within the logistics network.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending and Lifting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Commitment to Safety and willingness to follow all guidelines.
