Join our growing team as a Picker/Packer in Huntsville, Alabama! This essential role is at the heart of our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves using a scanner and order sheets, and then carefully packing them for shipment. This position demands a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality control. We are looking for individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with a variety of tasks related to order fulfillment and logistics. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory to ensure your Safety on the job. The role involves significant Lifting of boxes and products, so a good level of physical fitness is required. You'll work closely with other warehouse associates to meet daily picking and packing quotas. Understanding and following packing guidelines, including choosing the right packaging materials, is crucial. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vital link in our supply chain.
