- Operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.
- Load and unload goods onto pallets and into racking systems.
- Perform daily safety inspections of the reach truck and associated equipment.
- Ensure accurate placement of inventory within designated areas.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock verification.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Follow all logistics and operational procedures.
- Use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Previous experience operating a reach truck is mandatory.
- Valid certification for reach truck operation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must wear appropriate PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
