Join our team as an Order Picker in Miami, Florida! This fast-paced role is essential for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. You will be responsible for locating and retrieving products from our warehouse inventory, ensuring accuracy in item selection and quantity. Your speed and precision are key to our ability to meet delivery timelines and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to working safely within our logistics operations. You will be an integral part of our fulfillment process.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Use RF scanners or other technology to track inventory movement.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment to move merchandise.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Assist with inventory control as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking goals.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 40 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
