Role Overview: We're looking for a Desktop Support Analyst who can deliver exceptional technical support and ensure a smooth experience for end users. This role involves managing tickets, handling walk-ups, and contributing to projects that improve IT operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining systems, and collaborating on technology initiatives that enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities: Provide support for Mac and Windows systems Respond to requests via onsite, email, and chat channels Manage hardware/software inventory and provisioning Handle new hire onboarding Keep operating systems and applications updated Document processes and solutions in tools like Zendesk or Confluence Support AV needs for meetings and events Requirements: 5+ years of desktop support experience Strong knowledge of Windows OS and applications MacOS expertise and experience Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Familiarity with VoIP systems and video conferencing platforms Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
