Key Accountabilities:

• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain a broad range of experience across different applications within credit risk and market risk applications

• Work closely with the business teams to solicit and capture business and technology requirements and use cases.

• Lead the intake process with the stakeholders, and Technology teams, reviewing requirements, scope to enable teams to provide work estimation.

• Generate business requirements and documents that align to the policies to ensure that the new technology meets the needs of the business lines

• Collaborate actively with the delivery team to prioritize backlog and solution discovery ensuring ongoing management of sprints

• Work alongside developers and business teams to develop functions or technical requirements for new features, corrections and upstream changes

• Design functional test cases and carry out the testing independently concurrently with development.

• Provide technical solutions when needed and can contribute to code for smaller modules with minimum guidance

• Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills when conducting and facilitating interactions with stakeholders and management

• Exercise initiative and sound judgment in the execution of project plans and schedules.


Qualifications


Skills/Experience/Competencies:

• 8 years’ of Business analysis or relevant experience

• 3+ years of as Business analysis experience in a technology-based projects within Capital markets

• 3+ years of Experience with test case design, integration testing, and regression testing

• 3+ years Previous experience with and knowledge of SDLC

• 2+ years of recent experience with Unix and SQL (Postgres)

• 2+ years of recent experience with Python

• Proficiency with MS Office Tools (Advanced excel) and applications

• 2+ years of recent experience with JIRA and Confluence


Nice to have:

1. Recent experience with Counterparty Credit Risk is highly preferred

2. Previous experience with projects related to input data changes or enhancements with the processing of data


Soft Skills Required:

- A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level.

- Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions.


Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.

• CFA or FRM is nice to have
