The Role

In this role, you’ll be the go-to advocate for municipalities and related entities, tackling high-stakes and varied liability matters. You will:

• Represent clients in disputes involving property damage, slip-and-fall claims, road maintenance, and other municipal issues.
• Manage files from start to finish—drafting pleadings, conducting discoveries, attending motions, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with a supportive, knowledgeable team dedicated to exceptional client service.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of litigation experience (municipal liability, insurance defense, or general civil litigation preferred).
• Strong advocacy skills with the ability to run files independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in municipal law and a drive for professional growth.
