Job Title: Project Manager/Business Analyst

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ months (possible extension)

Overview:

Seeking a Senior PM with a combined Project Management / Business Analysis skillset to support Markets Transformation initiatives related to the 2020 Consent Order. The role focuses on fixed income markets, data governance, and data quality remediation, partnering closely with Finance, Technology, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Finance-related workstreams for Consent Order remediation
• Drive end-to-end data quality issue lifecycle (identify, root cause, remediate, escalate)
• Ensure compliance with Data Governance & Management policies and standards
• Track project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and progress using PM best practices
• Monitor data quality scorecards, metrics, trends, and anomalies
• Partner with Technology, Data Stewards, EDO, and Markets product teams
• Define business and technical requirements; support data quality rules and controls
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and governance forums

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Finance, Risk, Markets Operations, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income / Capital Markets products (debt securities, credit, liquidity, RWA, CCAR/DFAST, FR Y)
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau/BI tools, and data analysis
• Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, and root cause analysis
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and drive issue resolution
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, MS Project)

Preferred:

• Data lineage and architecture experience
• Regulatory program experience, Compliance knowledge (AML, KYC)
