Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Vaughan, ON

HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in Vaughan who needs to hire Maintenance Supervisor who has been employed with a manufacturing company. To attract the best candidates, my client is offering a competitive pay rate (between $100,000 - $110,000), a good benefits program and a place where you can grow your career.

Work Setting: On site

Location Details: Vaughan, ON area

Responsibilities:

• Organize the activities of the maintenance teams

• Support preventative maintenance programs

• Conduct root cause investigations on equipment failures

• Safe installation and repair of equipment

• Ensure work instructions are followed

• Ensure that shift maintenance reporting is processed accurately and on time

Minimum Requirements

• Having either a 433A, 442A or 309A License

• 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a fast-paced, high speed environment with a manufacturing company, preferably automotive

• Experience repairing CNC, PLC and robotics control systems, hydraulics, mechanical systems, electrical systems, facilities maintenance
