Why This Role?

Ideal for final-year students who want hands-on exposure to technical recruiting. You'll work closely with experienced recruiters to help hire engineers, designers, and technical specialists who build and innovate across our organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Source engineering talent in nuclear, energy, automation, life science sector through LinkedIn, job boards, and niche platforms.
  • Review technical resumes and support initial screening for key qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews with engineering managers and project teams.
  • Assist in writing and refining technical job postings that attract top talent.
  • Support hiring pipelines for engineering internships, new grads, and senior roles.
  • Help with recruitment projects such as talent mapping, market research, and candidate engagement strategies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Enrolled in a Co-op program in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong communication and curiosity to learn about engineering roles.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with follow-ups.
  • Comfortable working in a technical, fast-paced environment.
