What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns Manage advanced paid advertising strategies across platforms like Google PPC and LinkedIn Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns in HubSpot Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and ROI to provide actionable insights Collaborate with design and content teams to create effective advertising creatives and messaging
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation Proficiency in creating and executing paid media campaigns in platforms like Google Adwords and LinkedIn Experience working in HubSpot to create emails, landing pages, and workflows Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and reporting tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Expert proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar) HubSpot marketing certifications and Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn advertising certifications Experience working in an agile marketing framework Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects Strong communication skills and experience managing vendor and agency relationships
