Our fulfillment center in Huntsville, Alabama, is looking for an energetic Fulfillment Associate to contribute to our daily operations. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in all aspects of the order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to dispatching them. A keen eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to safety are key attributes for success in this position. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment and be eager to learn and grow within our logistics network. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper stocking.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and manifest creation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle moderate to heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
