Position Overview
We are seeking a *Dental Hygienist* to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hygienist who is passionate about patient education, preventive care, and building lasting relationships with patients. Whether you are an experienced hygienist or a newer graduate, we welcome candidates who are eager to contribute to a positive, team-oriented practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient education
* Perform periodontal charting and take digital x-rays as needed
* Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and overall oral health
* Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to deliver exceptional patient experiences
* Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
* Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
* Current and valid Dental Hygienist license (state-specific)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to patient-centered care
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high clinical standards
* Experience with dental technology and electronic charting is a plus
