*Summary*
* We are seeking a dedicated RN Director of Nursing Services to lead our nursing team at Vetter Senior Living in the United States. This vital role is based in our community and involves overseeing nursing operations to ensure the highest standards of care. Join us in our mission to deliver dignity and quality life to our residents.
* *Responsibilities*
Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care.
* Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including Medicare and HIPAA.
* Oversee documentation accuracy within EMR/EHR systems.
* Supervise shift operations and coordinate staffing schedules.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.'
* *Qualifications*
* Proven management experience in assisted living or nursing home settings.
* Strong knowledge of nursing administration, Medicare, and healthcare regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Experience with EMR/EHR systems and documentation review.
* Ability to supervise staff effectively and foster teamwork.
* Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and care planning.
* Prior experience in hospice or home health care is a plus.'

*Professional Qualifications*: Directors of Nursing must be licensed in their practicing state as an R.N. and have a current C.P.R. Certification. Directors of Nursing have the ability to read and write well enough to follow written directions, do charting and resident assessments. Verbal communication skills are important to carry on conversations with residents, co-workers and visitors in an understandable manner. Directors of Nursing are continually learning and growing by participating in educational sessions, in-service training and demonstrations.
