*What We're Looking For*
*We're searching for an MOT Tester who is:*
* Possesses strong knowledge and understanding of routine servicing and basic mechanical repairs.
* An excellent communicator who can interact effectively with colleagues at all levels and, most importantly, with our valued customers.
* Capable of working independently in a competent, safe, and efficient manner.
* Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to accurately complete paperwork.
* Proactive and results-driven, always looking for ways to improve and excel.
* Holds a full driving license.
* Has all relevant qualifications for an MOT Tester license.
*Your Role in the Driver's Seat*
*As an MOT Tester at Holdcroft, you'll be the linchpin in ensuring our customers' safety and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:*
* Performing accurate and thorough MOT tests on all booked vehicles.
* Ensuring meticulous Manufacturer and Company compliance with all administration standards and procedures.
* Adhering strictly to MOT and manufacturer safety standards for all work carried out.
* Utilising your technical knowledge and skills to provide effective, economic, and safe service for our customers' vehicles.
* Efficiently completing all daily work to meet deadlines and targets.
