Pemberton Park and Leisure Homes Ltd is a respected leader in manufacturing high-quality caravan holiday homes and lodges, with over 70 years of excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to represent and grow our brand in Scotland

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage your own sales territory, identify potential customers, and convert them into long-term, valued clients.
* Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, from pre-sales to after-sales support.
* Plan and carry out regular customer visits, ensuring full coverage and a strategic approach to sales.
* Attend trade shows and events, helping build brand presence in key locations.
* Report market intelligence and contribute to the company’s CRM systems.
* Support inbound sales queries and provide local assistance to retail customers via multiple channels.
* Attend meetings of the Sales and Marketing team at our Wigan office and other locations as required by the company.
* Participate in any other duties assigned by the company, based on your skills and experience.
*What We're Looking For:*
* Proven experience in a sales role, ideally field-based, with the ability to manage your own schedule and large territory.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building strong customer relationships.
* Solid knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel with attention to detail a must
* Self-motivation, organisation, and time-management skills, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
* A full clean UK driving license and a willingness to travel within your region.

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience)
· Additional annual bonus of up to £12,000 based on performance, resulting in an OTE of approximately £70,000.
