We are seeking motivated Picker/Packers to join our growing logistics operations in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. This involves reading order tickets or using RF scanners to locate products, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected, and then carefully packing them into appropriate boxes or containers. Accuracy, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail are essential for success. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE. The ability to perform frequent physical tasks, including standing, walking, and moderate Lifting, is required. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Use RF scanners and order sheets to identify and retrieve products.
- Inspect picked items for accuracy and condition.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label packages accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a willingness to work as part of a team.
