Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in our Los Angeles, California distribution center! This role is integral to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This involves using RF scanners to locate items, accurately picking products from shelves, and ensuring the correct items and quantities are packed into appropriate shipping containers. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency is key to success in this fast-paced logistics environment. You will also be involved in receiving and stocking incoming merchandise, and participating in inventory management activities. A strong commitment to safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, is required at all times. The ability to perform tasks involving frequent movement and moderate Lifting is essential. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners.
  • Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory, stocking shelves as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and other stock-taking activities.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and logistics best practices.
