We are looking for an enthusiastic Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Kansas City, Missouri. This position is vital to our order processing and distribution, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared for shipment. Your day-to-day tasks will involve picking items from our inventory, carefully packing them for transit, and preparing them for dispatch. A keen eye for detail, speed, and accuracy are essential for success in this role. You must be committed to maintaining a safe working environment and strictly follow all Safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role involves physical activity, including regular Walking and Lifting, so a good level of fitness is necessary. Become an integral part of our logistics network and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and locate products within the warehouse based on order tickets.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Operate scanning devices and assist with inventory checks.
- Meet established productivity goals for order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to Safety practices and use of PPE.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
