Join our dynamic team as an Order Picker in St. Louis, Missouri! You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. This role involves navigating our warehouse to locate and retrieve specified items, contributing directly to the success of our Logistics operations. We emphasize a culture of Safety and teamwork, and we are looking for motivated individuals who can work productively in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to maintain accuracy while moving at a good pace is highly valued. Adherence to all safety protocols and the correct use of PPE is crucial for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Follow all warehouse Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear and utilize appropriate PPE throughout the shift.
- Assist with other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Capacity for frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs). Previous order picking or warehouse experience is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a strong commitment to workplace Safety and comply with all PPE regulations.
