Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using order pick lists or scanning devices.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and dispatch.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and update order status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work environment.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate **PPE** as required.
- Contribute to efficient **logistics** workflow.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Assist with **lifting** and moving of goods up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a picker, packer, or in a warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets.
- Proficiency with scanning equipment is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet performance targets.
- Comfortable with frequent walking, standing, and **lifting**.
