We are seeking a diligent Order Picker to become a key part of our San Francisco, California warehouse team. As an Order Picker, you will be entrusted with the accurate and timely retrieval of products to fulfill customer orders. This involves reading order sheets or using scanning devices to locate items, carefully collecting them, and preparing them for packing and shipment. Exceptional attention to detail and a sense of urgency are vital to meet our demanding fulfillment schedules. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless workflow within our logistics operations. This role offers a fantastic chance to contribute to a dynamic distribution center. We provide a competitive hourly wage and a positive working environment. Your accuracy is paramount to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. All necessary PPE will be provided, and strict adherence to Safety guidelines is mandatory. Key responsibilities include navigating the warehouse, identifying correct items, verifying quantities, and staging orders for processing. Occasional Lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs may be required. This position is fundamental to our Logistics success. We are committed to maintaining a safe and organized workplace. Training on our inventory systems and picking equipment will be provided. Teamwork and effective communication are essential for success. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance metrics. Accuracy in order fulfillment is critical; always double-check items and quantities against the order.
