Our Milwaukee, Wisconsin warehouse is looking for motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to enter the logistics industry and contribute to the smooth operation of our facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your hard work and dedication will ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer a supportive work environment that prioritizes safety and teamwork. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced operation. You will be trained on all necessary procedures and equipment, including the importance of using proper PPE. This role requires a commitment to efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics.
